History of the Lethe Bridge- the bridge that spans the Great River in Lethe dates back to the early 19th century (around 1820). It was built by enslaved Africans, who were forced to construct roads, briidges, and infrastructure during Jamaica’s plantation era. The bridge is over 200 years old and still standing- an example of lasting craftsmanship.
